This solid tyre is a direct replacement for a pneumatic wheelchair tyre. The tyre is designed to fit a 18-20mm rim. Herringbone Tread. These tyres replicate the ride of pneumatics, but never go flat. Shox tyres are the answer to punctures whilst giving you a low rolling resistant lightly treaded solid tyre. Shox tyres provide you with the best shock absorption, are non-marking, flat-free and in our opinion one of the best looking hard wearing solid tyre you could fit to your performance wheelchair wheels. These tyres can be fitted to a number of wheels including Spinergy’s, but are unsuitable for some wheels.
